Returns and Refunds
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return it to me within 30 days of purchase and receive a refund or replacement.
How to return a non-damaged item
If you wish to return an item that has not been damaged, you should send it back to me at Glas Fryn Hall, South Street, Caerwys CH7 5AF. It should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and come with the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Once your return has been received and inspected, I will send you an email to advise whether it satisfies the above criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and my original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to return a damaged or defective item
If the item is damaged or defective when you receive it, please email me at email@example.com to explain what has happened and request either a refund or a replacement. You will need to send me a photograph or other evidence of the damage/ defect and a receipt or proof of purchase (you can return the item to me, if you wish; however, this will have to be at your own cost).
If your return is approved and you have asked for a refund, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment. If you have asked for a replacement, this will be sent via the usual shipment method and I will bear the delivery cost.
